Ceramic deep groove ball bearings are mostly hybrid structures with 440C stainless steel races and silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic balls. They deliver ultra-low friction, outstanding high-speed performance, great wear resistance and corrosion resistance. These bearings can bear radial loads and moderate axial loads, run steadily with low noise, and are also electrically insulated. Available in open, ZZ shielded and 2RS sealed types, they are widely used for dental handpieces, RC models, marine equipment, chemical devices and high-speed precision machinery.
