Miniature angular contact bearings are high-precision rolling bearings with a contact angle (typically 15°/25°/30°) between raceways and balls. They support combined radial + unidirectional axial loads simultaneously, unlike radial-only bearings. Featuring compact size, high speed capability, low noise and excellent rigidity, they are widely used in small motors, RC models, medical devices, precision instruments and robotics where space is limited and accuracy is critical. Common materials: chrome steel (52100), stainless steel (440C); cages: phenolic resin, polyamide or stainless steel.
