Bearing steel hybrid ceramic bearings use high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15) for inner and outer rings, matched with lightweight silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic balls. They retain the high load capacity, high rigidity and low cost of traditional bearing steel, while gaining advantages of ceramic balls: ultra-low friction, higher speed limit, less heat generation and anti-electrical corrosion. Available in open, ZZ shielded and 2RS sealed styles, including deep groove, angular contact and thrust types. Widely used for high-speed motors, precision spindles, racing parts, mechanical equipment and general high-speed rotating components.
