R144 series are high-speed miniature deep groove ball bearings dedicated to dental handpieces, also known as dental turbine bearings. Made of 440C (9Cr18) stainless steel for inner/outer rings, with stainless steel (440C) or silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic balls, and high-performance cages (TORLON/PEEK/PTFE). Precision grade ABEC-7 (P4), enabling 350,000–450,000 rpm under 200–250 kPa air pressure. Features: high speed, low noise, low vibration, high temperature & corrosion resistance, autoclavable, ideal for high-speed dental handpieces.
