X-type (four-point contact) thin-section bearings are single-row, equal-cross-section ball bearings with a unique gothic arch (X-type) raceway design. Each ball contacts the inner/outer raceways at four points, enabling radial + bidirectional axial + moment loads to be carried by one single bearing (replacing paired A-type bearings). Like A/C types, groove depth = 25% ball diameter. Features: high moment capacity, compact/lightweight, ABEC 1–7 precision, brass/nylon cage, open/ZZ/2RS seals, GCr15/440C stainless steel. Ideal for robot joints, aerospace, medical devices, optical equipment, and precision rotary tables.
